Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Automotive for the eCommerce department

The position is to be filled on a long-term basis through temporary employment, with the goal of permanent employment after 6 months.

Your responsibilities

You will support interested customers via telephone, chat, and video telephony on the following topics:

Configuration of a desired vehicle

Provision of information materials on current models and service offerings

Coordination of test drives

Acquisition of potential new and corporate customers
