Freelance Job Coach for Cutlerville, MI and Surrounding Areas


We are currently seeking an empathetic job coach to conduct professional coaching sessions, both in person and on-site, with participants.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing the biopsychosocial situation of participants
  • Building a trusting relationship with participants
  • Networking with authorities and institutions
  • Assisting with everyday problems
  • Helping to establish a daily routine
  • Collaboratively setting goals for the coaching process
  • Documenting work and creating final reports
  • Maintaining attendance lists and signatures
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Assisting with job search
  • Preparing for job interviews
  • Creating and updating application documents
  • Strengthening personal application skills
  • Introducing participants to application processes (online, print, email)
  • Introducing participants to the job market

Professional Qualifications:
