Responsibilities

Gardening tasks such as mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, and sweeping the driveway.
Clearing out apartments and houses, disassembling furniture, sorting inventory, loading trailers, and disposing of items properly.
Maintenance work on properties such as changing light bulbs, painting fences, and light renovations during tenant changes, such as removing wallpaper, painting walls, and installing flooring and baseboards.
Other tasks such as purchasing drinks and taking the car to the workshop.
