Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Solution Architecture/Consulting or strategic alliances, within the technology or software industry.
Deep understanding of the QSR industry, including its dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
Proven ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging product's features and functionalities to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during the implementation process, ensuring successful deployment and integrations.
Ability to provide feedback on solution effectiveness and advocate for necessary adjustments or enhancements.
Experience in change management strategies to support successful software adoption.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Travel will be required to meet with Customers and attend industry events.
Comfortable with autonomy, resourcefulness, and flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
