Description
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for our back office department to support us with all organizational and administrative tasks in our office in Hannover.
Responsibilities:
- Performing traditional commercial and administrative tasks such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring inventory levels, recording receipts, etc.
- Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks
- Composing letters, emails, notes, and protocols
- Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters
- Assisting with event management in organizing trips and seminars
Salary: 2,700 euros per month (gross)
