Billing Center Employee (m/f/d) for our senior services department at our AWO Social Center in Bruchköbel, starting on April 1, 2023.

Job Description:

Invoicing of nursing home costs for various facilities
Maintenance of master data
Collaboration at the interface between the billing center, facilities, and central accounts receivable accounting
Processing of debtor repayments
Reconciliation and clarification of debtor accounts
Communication with all parties involved
General administrative tasks

Requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the field of social insurance
Advanced knowledge of common MS Office applications
Communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and commitment
Strong service orientation and independent, reliable, and accurate work ethic
