We are currently seeking a Sales Trainer (m/f/d) for our location in Essen.

Your tasks will include:

  • Conducting trainings for new sales colleagues as part of the "Fit for Sales" onboarding program, with a strong focus on role-playing.
  • Identifying and addressing training needs through discussions with managers and accompanying sales and customer service employees on customer visits or calls.
  • Working closely with regional managers, managing directors, and executives in selecting the trainers who will train you. Trainers are the local ambassadors and contacts.
  • Conducting trainings tailored to local or individual needs.
  • Keeping up-to-date by participating in webinars and reading industry publications on trends and best practices.
  • Conducting most trainings remotely through platforms such as MS Teams, with occasional on-site trainings and travel required.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have a degree (Bachelor) in Business Administration or a comparable education.
  • Solid knowledge in sales and customer service. Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong social skills
