JT Energy Systems GmbH is an innovative producer of lithium-ion batteries for intralogistics, as well as their repair and reconditioning.

This addresses the growing demand for innovative and sustainable energy systems in the industry.

We are a joint venture of Jungheinrich AG, a leading global provider of intralogistics solutions, and Triathlon Batterien GmbH, an experienced manufacturer of batteries for the industry.

We have over 100 employees at our two locations in Saxony.

To strengthen our production at our Freiberg location, we are currently looking for several

Production Workers (m/f/d) / Career changers as Production Workers (m/f/d)


Your tasks:

  • You assemble lithiumion battery cells, for example using industrial screwdrivers
  • You perform a visual inspection of the components to be used
  • You carry out a simple functional test of the batteries
  • You document and carry out any necessary rework

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed a technical training career changers are also welcome
  • You are skilled in manual work
  • Currently, we work in day shifts but you are willing to work in shifts (no rotating weeks)
  • You have a selfsufficient, responsible and goaloriented way of working
  • If you encounter problems in your own area of responsibility, you address them and act in a solutionoriented manner
