We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude.

Come join our family owned business that offers a friendly co-worker atmosphere. This position is responsible for delivering an excellent experience for our store customers all the time, every time.

Duties include greeting customers and assisting customers with dropping off and picking up clothing and household items.

The Customer Service Counter Representative will also tag, detail and invoice items in preparation for cleaning, assemble, and rack completed orders for customer pick up.

Supervisory knowledge, skills, and abilities are required.

Starting Salary:
$10 to $11 to Train/Wage Review after 90 Days set after 2 weeks of Training

Assist customers at our counter, building relationships with regular customers:

Process customer transactions and collect payments using point-of-sale system:

Create invoice in the point-of-sale system for each customer order and tag in each item of the order, noting any special instructions or issues discovered during the inspection:

Examine incoming items, including:

-
Inspection for stains, damage and fabrics that require special care:

-
Removal of objects from pockets, such as: ink pens, papers, money, etc
:

-
Sort articles to be cleaned by fabric type, color and cleaning technique:

-
Inspect cleaned items for quality and assemble orders for returning to customers:

-
Resolve customer service situations at the counter and communicate any problems to store manager:

-
Maintain an accurate cash drawer:

-
Keep work area and store clean, tidy and organized:

-
Other duties, as assigned

Work Monday thru Friday 1:00PM - 7:00PM & Saturdays 8:00AM - 6:00PM:

You must have your own transportation and be able to drive on a moment's notice to a location (as needed) within 10 square miles of your stationed retail location.
