We are looking for a service-oriented Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for our client, a successful company in the field of dialogue marketing. You can expect a long-term assignment in a friendly team at the Hamburg location.

Your tasks as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d)

  • Advising and supporting customers over the phone
  • Initiating proactive conversations and presenting products
  • Documenting conversation processes in the system

Your qualifications

  • You are interested in working in a call center – even as a career changer.
  • You have good MS Office skills and enjoy working on the phone.
  • You are motivated, communicative, and customer-friendly.
