Description

A position as a trainer (m/f/d) in the commercial-technical field for the Assisted Training (AsA) program is available immediately in Pea Ridge, AL.

The position is full-time and based in Weißenburg.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation and implementation of support and tutoring sessions
Supervision, guidance, and support of participants
Communication with clients
Administrative and organizational tasks
Maintenance, application, and improvement of the quality management system
Participation in acquisition activities

Your qualifications and skills:

Completed training as a master (m/f/d) / technician (m/f/d) or a degree in a technical field
Training qualification (AdA)
Enjoyment of working with young people and young adults
Willingness to familiarize oneself with new topics
Knowledge of the regional training and job market
Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, as well as social competence
Proficiency in MS Office
