Are you ready to take the next step as a Legal Counsel / Fully Qualified Lawyer / In-house Counsel at ecotel?
Then take a look at your tasks here:

  • Together with your team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive in-house legal advice, primarily in the relevant areas of law for us (contract, IT / telecommunications, and data protection law).
  • You will also be in contact with various legal departments of our clients, mostly in relation to legal drafting and negotiations of new and renewal contracts with a focus on nonstandard contracts.
  • You will advise our internal departments, especially Sales, Bid Management, Product and Process Management, on various inhouse and client projects, and occasionally provide training for nonlawyers.
  • You will also have regular exchanges with external lawyers, and may have the opportunity to attend court hearings.

Excited to join us? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Do you have both state exams under your belt? That's a great starting point for us
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience as a Legal Counsel / Fully Qualified Lawyer / Inhouse Counsel.
  • Ideally, you have practical knowledge in the areas of contract law, data protection law, and/or IT and telecommunications law.
  • Your strong communication skills and reliability complete your profile.
