Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:


  • Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
  • Drive sales by implementing effective strategies and promotional activities
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
  • Utilize strong math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints
  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Conduct employee orientations and ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable and uptodate on products and policies
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees as needed
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
  • Familiarity with recruiting, training, and employee development processes
  • Budgeting experience is preferred

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
