Description
The Schwarz IT KG is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications as the central IT service provider. This includes providing IT services for Kaufland, Lidl, Schwarz Dienstleistung KG, and Schwarz Zentrale Dienste KG. In order to support the business processes of these departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for tasks related to the establishment, operation, and further development of ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and internal guidelines for it
  • You will optimize the resilience of the company group and cooperation with other areas, especially risk management, business continuity management (BCM), emergency and crisis management
  • You will drive the international rollout of ITSCM in projects
  • You will work closely with Information Security Officers (ISO) in our over 30 country units and coordinate your approach
  • You will coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of cross-departmental emergency exercises and recovery tests
  • You will conduct workshops, awareness and training measures
  • You will ensure the ITSCM process through analysis, internal audits, and controls
