Are you a team player with excellent organizational skills? Our client, located near Darmstadt, is looking for a
Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) in full-time to join their team as soon as possible.

This position will be filled through
direct placement.


Your new responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding the provision of products and services
  • You will support the sales support team in all tasks, from customer service to creating offers, order processing, delivery, and invoicing
  • You will also take on general assistance tasks in the sales support and field sales departments

What you bring to the table

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in sales support
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & Salesforce
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
