    We are currently seeking a reliable, diligent, and enthusiastic individual to bolster our imaging and records department in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be entrusted with tasks related to record-keeping, file organization for both physical and digital documents, and serving as a key support for the Production Clerk and Receptionist.

    The ideal candidate for the Klinedinst Los Angeles team will possess a friendly demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, confidence, and a thirst for learning and growth.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Expertise in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Nuance Power PDF
    • Ability to handle electronic data conversion and manipulation with ease
    • Familiarity with document management systems like iManage and other related software
    • Sorting and processing daily mail efficiently
    • Contributing to our ongoing shift towards a paperless work environment
    • Organizing and filing electronic and physical records appropriately
    • Analyzing incoming data, documents, and materials for systematic sorting
    • Creating structured file indexes to ensure content organization for discovery and court filings
    • Assisting in various projects as required
    • Generating electronic and physical files as needed
    • Scanning and uploading documents into the document management systems using various software tools
    • Handling document pick-up and delivery tasks regularly
    • Updating and managing files for archiving purposes
    • Moving and lifting boxes as part of daily file room operations
    • Performing digital media duplication tasks
    • Conducting file conversions when necessary
    • Operating scanners, copiers, and other office equipment proficiently
    • Acting as a backup to the Production Clerk and Receptionist roles
