What can you expect?

  • You will work in the administration and support of a central MS Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Server), extensive installations of MS Windows clients, MS Office products, and other MS applications (MS Project).
  • You will be involved in the administration and support of network infrastructure (file, print, DNS, DHCP).
  • You will work in the administration and maintenance of the technical office infrastructure at the Bay Shore location (switches, LAN, WLAN, printers, copiers, scanners, fax, telephone system).
  • You will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and updating workstations, especially laptops, using automation.
  • You will support all users with questions and issues related to their daily tasks on the computer.
Requirements

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
  • You have good computer skills, especially in working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • You have a good understanding of technical processes.
  • You excel in your independent, structured, and careful work style.
