Description

The Solar Academy is the customer training facility of SMA. We provide didactically appealing and technically in-depth system knowledge on photovoltaics, storage solutions, and energy management to SMA service personnel, service partners, installers, and system planners, true to our motto "Be a solar expert".

Your contribution to the bigger picture

You conduct multi-day technical trainings in German and English on service and maintenance of large-scale PV systems with Sunny Central inverters and Sunny Central Storage as well as the Electrolyzer Converter
You regularly create and update corresponding training materials, develop and conduct international customer-specific trainings on-site
You work in a team of trainers and collaborate with other SMA Solar Academies worldwide to develop joint didactic concepts for seminar design, participant activation, etc.
You act as a subject matter expert in company internal working groups on topics related to your training areas
You maintain partnerships with external partners

Your skills are in demand

Completed university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, as well as in-depth technical knowledge in the field of photovoltaics
Professional experience in technical trainings or other forms of adult education
Excellent English skills - additional foreign language skills are welcome, as well as enjoyment of international travel and intercultural competence
