Your responsibilities


You will
manage complex customer projects, primarily in the domestic market, and will be responsible for
specifying and
planning technical customer requirements in collaboration with sales and service.

You will also be responsible for
project management from detailed planning to delivery and acceptance with the customer.

You will serve as the
interface between the customer and internal teams, working closely with sales, service, purchasing, marketing, and production departments.

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team.

Implementation of company strategy at the employee level.

Development of the team towards a coordinated and harmonized way of working, continuously improving project processes.

Comprehensive monitoring, control, and
responsibility for ongoing projects through the phases of initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

Ensuring project execution within scope, time, and budget.

Your profile
-
Education: Completed technical studies in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc., or further training as a technician.

Experience: Several years of experience in managing technical projects. Ideally, experience in areas such as packaging machines, sensor technology, mechanics, control technology, and image processing technology.

IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, MS
