Tourism Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Competent advice and support for customers
  • Sales of tourism services from the entire product range
  • Active customer retention through high service orientation
  • Independent recording and maintenance of customer data
  • Support the team with all tasks in the travel agency
  • Active participation in the further development of our internal processes and optimization of work flows

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed training as a travel agent or tourism specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in a fullservice travel agency (flight, train, tourism), including extensive knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
  • Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems, preferably Amadeus
  • Sales and consulting skills as well as goal and serviceoriented work style
  • Communicative, dedicated personality
