At the AWO Kinderhaus Schatzkiste in Feucht, we offer 58 after-school care spots in 4 groups, where we accompany children from first to fourth grade on their journey.

In our house, children come first. We place great value on participation, independence, and respectful interaction with each other.

Our goal is to provide children with a harmonious atmosphere to discover and learn about themselves and their world at their own pace.

To support our team in the Krippe at the AWO Kinderhaus Schatzkiste in Feucht, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours/week)
Child Care Worker (m/f/d) to start on
April 1, 2023.

Job Description:

Caring for and supporting the Krippe children together with your team based on our pedagogical concept.
Planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting all professional and pedagogical measures.
Establishing a partnership with parents and providing guidance.
Internal and external networking.
Adhering to the AWO's mission and principles.

Requirements:

Completed vocational training as a child care worker or equivalent qualification.
Enthusiasm and personal commitment to your profession.
Flexible and creative approach to the demands of daily life in a daycare setting.
Respectful and polite communication with children, parents, colleagues, and superiors.
Empathetic and patient approach to children
