Your responsibilities:


  • You will take on tasks within customer projects, support us in setting up new user accounts, troubleshooting and adjustments for invoicing, implementing technical changes for customized customer solutions, creating landing pages, email campaigns, reports, and project documentation.
  • After appropriate training, you will also directly respond to incoming customer inquiries, help them with issues, and advise them on the optimal use of our event management software.
  • You will work closely with our product consulting team and support in the management of customer projects.
  • You will act as a liaison with our accounting department and assist in the creation of monthly payout documents.
