For the
winter semester 2023/24, we are looking for a
professor (m/f/d) for the dual study program in
Tourism Management at our Magdeburg campus, either full-time or part-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will teach and conduct research in the field of Tourism Management in the practiceintegrated bachelor's program
  • You will contribute to the development of teaching and research topics and bring new perspectives to the academic world
  • You will provide practical knowledge and business models to students about stakeholders in the tourism industry
  • Additionally, you will be able to train our students to become experts in one or more of the following specializations: travel providers and distribution management, event management, hotel management, and system gastronomy
  • You will be involved in the creative development of teaching formats within the didactic concept of IU International University for the dual study program and further develop it in collaboration with colleagues
