The Bavarian Red Cross, a public corporation, is a large welfare organization and the leading aid organization in Bavaria. The BRK district association Ostallgäu employs approximately 900 employees. In addition, around 2300 volunteers are involved. As a competent service provider, we are looking for dedicated employees who want to actively and proactively shape their future with us.

We are looking for qualified nursing professionals and nursing assistants (m/f/d) for our St. Michael Senior Living and Nursing Home in Füssen as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing care and support for residents with age-related illnesses and geronto-psychiatric changes
  • Organizing and carrying out individual and holistic basic and treatment care
  • Psychosocial support, especially in guiding, encouraging, and assisting with relearning and performing activities of daily living
  • Preparing and administering medication
  • Participating in biography work
  • Evaluating documentation
  • Participating in handovers, service and team meetings
  • Complying with relevant legal regulations, especially hygiene, HACCP, and accident prevention regulations
  • Economical use of materials and nursing aids
