Your Qualifications

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources, degree desirable
First professional experience in the field of HR, particularly in the areas of personnel development or business partnering
Experience in training management
Basic knowledge of skill management and competency management
Excellent German and English skills
Experience with talent review modules such as SuccessFactors is an advantage
