Your training: Machine and Plant Operator

You will receive high-quality training and be mentored by experienced trainers who will support you reliably and confidently throughout the exciting (and sometimes turbulent) years of your apprenticeship. Our in-house training is complemented by block lessons at the vocational school in Neumünster, and we cover the travel costs and, if desired, provide accommodation in our dormitory.

Quality and good taste are our top priorities. During your training, you will learn about the different quality characteristics of our coffee and be able to understand and improve our production processes.

You will learn how to operate and control modern production equipment for blending and filling soluble coffees.
You will learn what it takes to produce a safe and specification-compliant food product.
You will take samples and perform quality control tests in our in-house laboratory.

With your manual skills, you will carry out minor repairs on the machines and equipment as part of troubleshooting - always working side by side with our technical team. You should have a basic interest in food production and at least a secondary school diploma.
