For our digital consulting center in Kirchzarten, HochschwarzwaldDirekt, we are looking for a Business Customer Advisor (m/f).

Your tasks:

  • You are the central point of contact and advisor for our business customers.
  • Your range of topics is diverse and includes commercial and private lending, as well as current account and crossselling business and payment transactions.
  • In addition, you will take on central service activities related to lending for our commercial customers.

You bring with you:

  • Experience in customer consulting, banking education, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in advising commercial customers is a plus, but not a requirement. We are happy to support you in further education.
  • High level of commitment, contact, and communication skills.
  • Strong digital affinity.
  • A desire to be part of a strong team, where goals are achieved together.
