- Supervise and assess clinical staff performance to ensure compliance with requirements
- Train interns and collaborate with other supervisors to orientate them to Josselyn procedures
- Manage clinical staff schedules and approve vacation time for Center coverage
- Handle crisis requests for office and clinical staff
- Coordinate intake functions in the absence of the Intake coordinator
- Build relationships with community resources and engage in related activities
- Participate in performance improvement activities and adhere to ethical standards
- Maintain direct service productivity and caseload responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality, client rights, safety, infection control, and compliance with policies
- Onboard staff and interns
- Provide support on CIS functionality
- Engage in community-related services
- Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity
- Manage clinical staff scheduling, payroll, and performance management
- Illinois State clinical practice license in mental health or related field
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and clinical supervision
- 3-5 years of clinical supervision experience in mental health setting
- Demonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively
- Knowledge of best practices in clinical counseling
