Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a team of approximately ten employees.
You will inspire, excite, and motivate your team members to promote their development and growth.
You will act as the main point of contact and liaison between the team and stakeholders (Product Manager, Project Manager, and clients).
You will ensure the implementation of stakeholder requirements for product features.
You will ensure development progress of the product in terms of functionality, usability, performance, and quality.
You will ensure efficient resource planning within the team, taking into account the company's goals.
You will prioritize tasks within the team based on our company's objectives.
You will collaborate with other team leads to leverage synergies.

Your profile:

You have completed a degree in computer science or a comparable university or technical college education.
Ideally, you have experience in leading teams or possess leadership skills and can motivate people with enthusiasm.
You have a comprehensive understanding of communication, group dynamics, and coaching, combined with teamwork, empathy, and persuasiveness.
You have indepth expertise and experience in your field of work (processes, tools).
You have excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
Your problemsolving skills, analytical abilities, and strong teamwork and social skills complete your profile.
