What to expect
As a Senior Associate, you will take on internal (partial) responsibility for diverse, interdisciplinary projects primarily in the areas of Corporate Finance and M&A Lead Advisory (Sell-Side and Buy-Side, Distressed), with the perspective of moving into a Manager/Project Lead role.
You will also be responsible for conducting investor outreach, coordinating and supporting due diligence examinations by investors, hosting virtual data rooms, and accompanying management presentations.
Your tasks will also include creating market and competition analyses, supporting the creation of integrated financial or corporate plans (financial modeling), and conducting analyses and indicative valuations of companies (valuation).
You will be an important point of contact for clients, investors, and your colleagues in your projects.What you bring
A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business, mathematical/scientific, technical, or information technology field
At least 2-3 years of professional experience at a focused M&A boutique, corporate finance department of a public accounting firm, corporate M&A department, or private equity fund
An excellent analytical mindset, a strong affinity for numbers, and good teamwork and communication skills
A high level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
Fluent in German and English, and proficient in MS Office
