WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a member of the Calumet team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating national and international bid projects, from the bid decision to the creation of the proposal.

This includes coordinating, ensuring compliance with, and implementing internal regulations and processes, as well as managing various workshops related to the bidding process, such as cost reviews and risk and opportunities workshops.

You will also collaborate with various internal bid stakeholders and participate in bid approvals and reporting activities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed degree in fields such as industrial engineering or business administration.

You should also have professional experience in a similar position in bid management, sales, or project management, preferably in the defense industry.

A military background is advantageous, as well as a combination of commercial and technical expertise and intercultural competence. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required. You should also be willing to travel for work.
