We are currently seeking Pedagogical Professionals for our Special Housing Department at the St. Franziskus Vocational Training Center in Abensberg, Louisa, KY.


Your tasks will include:

  • Providing care for children and adolescents aged 1017 with a migration background in a residential group setting
  • Flexibly and appropriately supporting children and adolescents with various daily challenges
  • Collaborating with families, authorities, schools, therapists, and other institutions

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is willing and enthusiastic to work with the aforementioned clientele, with experience in a residential setting being a plus
  • Has a structured and methodical approach to working with children and adolescents, including those from different cultural backgrounds
  • Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and resilience, even in unexpected situations
  • Is willing to work shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Has a positive attitude towards working for a religious organization
