To strengthen our growing global team, we are looking for a team leader for our location in Wetzlar on a full-time basis.

YOUR TASKS

  • You analyze processes and continuously optimize our logistics processes.
  • You ensure that communication between the warehouse and upstream and downstream actors, as well as with our teams, runs smoothly.
  • Your actions have an impact on responsible and wellplanned execution of daily work processes.
  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of different nationalities.
  • You are responsible for scheduling and promoting your team.
  • You ensure compliance with occupational safety and health protection in the warehouse area.
