Therefore, we are currently seeking a real estate clerk / real estate specialist (m/f/d) with a technical background for our locations in Hildesheim, Lübeck, Bad Oldesloe, Bargteheide, Bad Segeberg, and NRW - with the possibility of working from home.

Responsibilities:

Point of contact for tenant service/technical issues
Commissioning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance work
Recording tenant complaints and defect reports
Obtaining quotes for maintenance and repairs
Creating and monitoring work orders, checking invoices
Data maintenance in Wodis Sigma

Qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a real estate clerk or comparable commercial training
Experience in the technical/craftsmanship field or technical background preferred
Professional experience in rental and maintenance
Good knowledge of Wodis Sigma is desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to work independently
High level of commitment and teamwork
