What to expect from us HOERBIGER Flow Control is an established and independent unit within the HOERBIGER Group with approximately 120 employees.

The team develops and produces smart products for controlling pressures and gas flows in various applications and markets, wherever high precision and dynamics are required.

To support our management assistant (m/f/d), we are looking for a location assistant (m/f/d) in full-time. Support in operational, administrative, and organizational tasks Independent and responsible completion of general assistant tasks Planning and coordination of meetings and projects Preparation of documents, protocols, and presentations Independent implementation of projects Establishment and optimization of internal processes Project responsibility for cross-cutting topics Organization and coordination of ongoing projects, including billing What you should bring Completed commercial apprenticeship Very good MS Office skills Organized way of working Service-oriented, open-minded, and communicative personality Loyalty and a high level of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information Very good German and English skills Who we are 6,000 employees For 125 years, we have been a trend
