Responsibilities:

Active sourcing, including establishing initial contact and building a candidate network
Conducting phone interviews and inperson interviews
Managing the candidate application process
Creating and posting job advertisements
Developing candidate profiles and supporting internal employer branding efforts
Conducting onboarding and serving as a point of contact for applicants
Optimizing recruiting processes and strategies for the pharmaceutical industry

Qualifications:

Degree in pharmacy, life science, business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field, with several years of professional experience
Previous experience in human resources and active sourcing
Experience in recruiting for the pharmaceutical or life science industry preferred
Strong communication skills, openness, and creativity
Excellent German and English language skills
