Our
AWO Children and Family Center Muldeweg in Braunschweig is currently seeking a part-time (24.0 hours/week) pedagogical specialist to join our team.


Job Description:


  • Caring for, supporting, and accompanying children aged 36 years
  • Creatively designing pedagogically valuable activities, projects, and play situations
  • Promoting social skills and individual strengths of children within the framework of the Early Excellence approach
  • Collaborating with parents and legal guardians to ensure holistic support for the children
  • Creating a safe and loving environment where children feel comfortable and secure

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator or similar qualification such as child pedagogue, social pedagogue, special needs educator, or special needs caregiver
  • Previous work experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and their individual needs
  • Experience with computers and office software
  • Empathy and resilience
