Your main tasks:
✓ Assisting in the training of our apprentices and ensuring compliance with training plans, as well as planning and implementing all training-related projects (company phases, excursions, scheduling and content planning, exam preparation, and more)
✓ Assisting in individual development planning within a multidisciplinary team and documenting progress
✓ Teaching job-related and profession-specific key qualifications through real-life practical assignments, as well as social and methodological skills

Your profile:
✓ Currently enrolled as a student (e.g. in logistics management)
✓ Enjoy sharing your expertise with our apprentices and supporting them through career preparation or training
✓ Passionate about promoting the integration of disadvantaged youth into the workforce
✓ Proficient in MS Office programs and warehouse management software
