'We are a tailoring shop located in the heart of Hamburg, specializing in customizing and creating bridal and evening wear.Our second focus is producing small series for various designers.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a receptionist and office organizer to join our team
Your tasks will include:
- Managing phone and email correspondence
- Scheduling appointments with our clients
- Building and maintaining our social media channels
- Creating and organizing production documents
- Basic bookkeeping tasks
- Processing online orders
- Establishing and maintaining internal structures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office organization
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Friendly and confident demeanor
- Willingness to introduce new structures and support in a sometimes chaotic, growing business
