application management support at seven locations worldwide. We primarily work with approximately 120 employees with internationally operating medium-sized companies and corporations.
Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for dedicated employees to strengthen our team in the area of application management support.
Your tasks:
Phone joker:
- Central point of contact for internal and external customers
- Acceptance and analysis of incoming IT and SAP support tickets in 1st level support (hotline and ticket system)
- Bringing your experience into SAP process consulting and IT and SAP support in the care of existing customers and continuous expansion
- Consulting of users and first point of contact for all IT and SAP support inquiries
Audience joker:
- Classification, qualification, and prioritization of incoming support tickets in exchange with end users and our IT and SAP specialists
- Maintenance of our knowledge database and further development of our internal service processes
50:50 joker:
- Coordination of minor changes in the IT or SAP application environment
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Enjoyment of communication with our customers and collaboration in a team
- IT affinity
