Position Summary

Summary:
The Performance Improvement Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support for the Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Education Required

Must complete inhouse orientation program
Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience And Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Speaks, reads and writes English
Experience as secretary preferred.
Minimum 35 years previous administrative support/ executive level secretarial experience. Hospital experience, business training or equivalent preferred
Comprehension and ability to interpret medical terminology required.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Able to work in an organized and professional setting.
Requires excellent oral/written communications skills
Good judgement, problem solving skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision

70% sitting and 30% standing/walking.
Handle multiple priorities under stress.
Repetitive motion with substantial movement of the wrists, hands and/ or fingers.
