Team Assistant (m/f/d)
who motivates us and is interested in our business processes and projects. You will be trained practically and gradually take on independent tasks.

This includes personal and written contact with our customers, applicants, and external service partners, as well as coordinating appointments and being responsible for organizational processes.


You are also welcome to contribute creatively and enthusiastically to our marketing activities (including newsletters, website, customer mailings, trade fair actions).


Your profile:


  • In your education, you have already laid a good foundation and shown that you are "curious" and interested in economic topics as well as "people"
  • First practical work experience in a commercial/servicerelated environment is welcome
  • You are familiar with common MS Office programs, internet search engines, and social media platforms
  • You have a selfreliant, goaloriented, and structured way of working
  • You approach tasks pragmatically, motivated
