Your tasks

  • Creating drafts and plans for the new or redesign of public streets and squares up to performance phase 3
  • Awarding planning services according to relevant regulations, in particular the Procurement Regulation (VgV)
  • Coordinating and supervising planning by external planning offices with the involvement of residents
  • Conducting urban planning competitions according to the Guidelines for Planning Competitions (RPW)
  • Representing urban planning interests to municipal authorities and third parties, as well as fulfilling diverse design tasks in public spaces

Your profile For this position, you need

  • A degree in architecture, urban, regional or landscape planning, or a comparable degree

In addition, you have

  • Good design skills and a high level of design competence
