Description

Responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of proactive maintenance systems for all operations at the Plant, consistent with the guidelines of the USG Reliability Performance Model and industry best practices.

The primary accountability of this position is to safely maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Incorporates safety into all aspects of the maintenance operation, including maintenance of existing equipment and installation of new equipment with a minimum of mechanical downtime.
