This job opportunity is for a position in production at a three-shift operation in Mount Victory, OH. As a production employee, you will be responsible for assembly and testing of automotive accessories.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assemble simple parts using basic tools
  • Inspect parts according to specifications
  • Document inspected parts as per guidelines
  • Maintain a clean work area and tools

We expect from you:


  • Proficiency in spoken and written German
  • Training will be provided, no prior experience required
  • Reliability
  • Ideally, a valid driver's license to commute to work

We offer you:


  • Pay according to union rates:
  • Starting rate: 11.60 €/hour
  • After six weeks: 13.34 €/hour
  • After three months: 13.92 €/hour
  • After five months: 15.08 €/hour
  • After seven months: 16.82 €/hour
  • After nine months: 17.40 €/hour
  • After 15 months: 19.14 €/hour
  • Additional night, weekend, and holiday pay
  • Attractive onetime bonuses:
  • After the first 4 weeks: € gross
