Training (m/f/d) Specialist for Restaurants and Event Gastronomy

Your tasks:

  • Training plan: Basics, techniques and processes in restaurant service, both practical and theoretical (dual training system)
  • Introduction to the basics of various products in the food and beverage sector
  • Provision of special events, creative activities and house parties
  • Presentation of our offerings at the buffet and in the front cooking area
  • Conducting incoming goods, inventory and warehouse checks
  • Insights into the kitchen to learn what it takes to work in the hygiene area

Your profile:

  • High school diploma and minimum age of 16 years
  • Ideally first practical experience through an internship in the hotel or gastronomy industry, but not mandatory
  • Enthusiasm for working with food and beverages
  • Ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
  • Shift work and weekend work are not a hindrance
  • Team player, creativity and a quick and situation-specific understanding
  • Good communication skills in German

Start:

September (3-year training)


Working hours:

40 hours
