Description
  • Responsible management, coordination, planning and implementation of complex projects from solution development to commissioning
  • Translation of customer requirements into new and existing IT processes or solutions and their technical support
  • Management of project team members and suppliers, as well as handling of target and interest conflicts
  • Reporting and coordination of project results with management, departments, and (external) stakeholders
  • Identification and coordination of dependencies, changes, and risks in program and project planning within own area of responsibility
  • Project planning and controlling in terms of deadlines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex IT projects, including project management certification and experience with common project management methods
  • Experience with projects for public clients, ideally for the German Armed Forces
  • Competence in IT service management, e.g. in the development of IT services
  • Practical experience in the field of IT security (including ISO/IEC 27001 certification), encryption technologies, and IT baseline protection is advantageous
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Communication and team skills combined with the ability to make and implement decisions
  • Structured, reliable work style, ability to delegate, and resilience
