Human Resources Specialist - Focus on Leadership Development (m/f/d) in full-time/part-time.



Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing a systematic and sustainable leadership development program
  • Design and implementation of targeted human resources development measures
  • Further development and use of personnel diagnostic tools and feedback systems
  • Independent management of projects related to leadership development
  • Controlling of human resources development measures to ensure results and sustainability
  • Development and implementation of a leadership competency model
  • Independent organization, implementation, and administration of training measures and workshops for our leaders
  • Support in the implementation of a learning management system
  • Design of new learning formats using various media, such as videos, elearning, blended learning, learning nuggets

Your profile:

  • Passion for developing people
  • Conceptual skills and confidence in dealing with change processes
  • Experience in leadership development
  • High level of selfmotivation, flexibility, team spirit, and independent work style
  • Strong consulting and social skills, as well as confident communication with employees and leaders
  • Completed studies with a focus on human resources or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience
  • Practical knowledge of common MS Office applications
