Deputy Kindergarten Director (m/f/d)**

Your responsibilities:

As the deputy director, your tasks in collaboration with the director include:

Creating work schedules
Participation in the development and implementation of the safety concept
Constructive cooperation with the sponsor
Organization of daily operations
Facilitating team development and personnel management
Motivating your team to achieve agreedupon goals through strong leadership

Job description:

Requirements:

A recognized pedagogical education, such as a statecertified educator (m/f/d) or a pedagogical degree
Ideally, experience as a deputy kindergarten director

Selfinitiative, organizational skills, and understanding of business management are among your strengths
Enjoyment of working with children
