Construction management in turnkey construction (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

We are looking for an experienced construction management in turnkey construction (m/f/d) with extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in the construction of facilities in the healthcare sector.

Conditions:

Location: Düsseldorf

Project duration: 12 months

Project start:

Your core tasks:

Coordination of construction site activities and resources
Monitoring compliance with building regulations and safety standards
Communication and coordination with clients, planners and executing companies
Budgeting, cost control, documentation and reporting of construction progress
Conducting quality controls and remedying defects
Implementation of measures to comply with hygiene and health standards at the construction project site.

Your profile:

Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable education
Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the field of civil engineering
Knowledge of the healthcare sector and corresponding building regulations
Knowledge of construction planning and coordination, budgeting and cost control
Certifications in the areas of occupational safety and quality assurance are advantageous
